(removed) Adding more Interactions / Subparts

You can add more questions and interactions to your exercise.

Adding an interaction in the same question

An exercise by default opens with one interaction tab.

In case you require multiple interactions in the same question, you have to do two things:

Create a new interaction

Click on the green + icon next to the interaction tab(s). A new interaction is created. By default the interaction names are I1, I2, I3, etc. You can edit this by clicking the arrow next to the name in the tab.

Click the dropdown menu that appears.

Select the type of interaction you want to create (refer to this page for an overview of all the interaction types) and click the Select button.

Adding a subpart

There are two types of subparts you can add to your exercise. Click on the items below for instructions on how to add this type of subpart.

Question

At the lefthand side of the screen, a green plus icon is shown below the existing question icons.

Icons to recognize questions

In case of a single question, the question is indicated with the edit icon in the tab at the left of the screen.

In case of multiple questions in an exercise, the questions are indicated with the letters a-z in alphabetical order. Default AlgebraKiT behavior is to also show these indicators to a student when making the exercise. They are used as subpart indicators of the exercise. These are customer specific settings, for more information contact your AlgebraKiT contact.
